The Glass Annex

The Glass Annex is our flagship space: a 3-story atrium wrapped in old-growth pine, framed by exposed brick, and topped with a glass ceiling that floods the room with daylight by morning and starlight by night.
This space is ideal for:

- Artful public events, panels, or brand launches

Located on the first floor, the Alloy Room is our white-box space: minimalist, polished, and ready for transformation. With a built-in wet bar, full AV setup, and direct loading access, this is the room you want when logistics matter as much as aesthetics.

Bonus: a private bridal suite makes this an ideal prep zone or VIP space during larger events.
Mark, the Event Manager for the venue was absolutely AMAZING! Mark went ABOVE and BEYOND to help make my bride and groom’s wedding/reception a special day. Mark was more than accommodating, went more than the extra mile, communication during a stressful time was key, and Mark was so communicative. This place is a hidden secret, but Mark is the true gem and super star. The space is truly unique and beautiful. I know this venue will be difficult to book in the near future. They have their own parking lot, it’s a nice area, we felt safe and cared for. There is a loading dock and trash chute that made set up and trash removal easy. Snag while you can!
