Our venue is located within the historic Billy Penn Studios, a modern adaptive reuse renovation of industrial buildings totaling 180,000 sq ft. Built in the early 1900s as a lumber facility, it later housed the Billy Penn Corporation’s industrial manufacturing. Now transformed, the property blends historic architecture with modern business, retail, coworking, and event spaces.

The heart of the building is the stunning 3-story atrium, featuring a glass ceiling that fills the space with natural light. Also known as “The Glass Annex”, our flagship event space which is directly connected to the lobby & cafe. The grand lobby itself showcases original old-growth yellow pine beams, a testament to the building’s industrial past. More about our three event spaces below:

The Glass Annex
The Glass Annex: the building’s 3-story atrium is the largest event space, directly adjacent to the lobby and cafe. Its dramatic glass ceiling and open design make it a unique and central feature of the property. A space you truly have to see to believe!

Alloy on 5th
A two-story space on the first floor featuring unique colored panels set within white walls and exposed brick. It also includes a wet bar, VIP / bridal suite, and concert lighting, blending functionality with style.

The Alloy Loft
The Alloy on 5th’s upstairs sibling…with skylights. A bilevel space on the third floor, offering an open yet intimate atmosphere. Like the Alloy on 5th, it also includes a wet bar and VIP suite and reflects the property’s mix of historic and modern design.
